湖州市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作通告（第36号）
Notice of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control in Huzhou ( No. 36)

　　当前，我省杭州、宁波、绍兴等地相继发生本土疫情，防控形势异常严峻复杂。为进一步做好疫情防控工作，保障广大市民生命安全与身体健康，现就疫情防控有关要求通告如下：
　　Recently, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province has reported locally transmitted COVID-19 cases. The epidemic prevention and control situation has become tough and particularly complicated. In order to better implement epidemic prevention and control work for life and health safety of the citizens, we hereby issue the following notice:  

　　一、主动报告与核酸检测。近14天内有上海浦东新区、宁波市、杭州市、绍兴市及有疫情发生的设区市（直辖市为区）旅居史人员或与阳性病例活动轨迹有交集的来湖返湖人员，请第一时间主动向所在村（社区）或所住酒店报告，配合当地落实核酸检测等健康管理措施。除纳入“14+7”“3+11”“2+14”健康管理措施人员外，其他人员到就近核酸检测综合服务点免费接受一次核酸检测。 
　　1. Voluntarily report the travel history in medium and high risk areas and take the NAT in time. People coming (back) in the last 14 days from Pudong New Area, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Shaoxing and other cities/districts where the epidemic occurs or overlapping the activity trails of the positive case(s) shall immediately report to the village/community or hotel, and cooperate with all health management measures including the NAT. Except for those who follow"14+7","3+11","2+14"health management measures, others shall take one NAT for free at the nearby NAT comprehensive service station.

　　如发现自己健康码变成红色、黄色，第一时间主动向所在村（社区）或所住酒店报告，由工作人员核查处置。
　　If you find your health code turns red or yellow, please immediately report to the village/ community or hotel. The staff will help to confirm and handle the situation.

　　二、非必要不远行。全体市民非必要不前往本土疫情发生地区参加公务商务活动和旅游、疗休养。确需前往的，要密切关注疫情动态，全程做好个人防护，尽量不去人员密集场所，减少旅途感染风险。 
　　2. Avoid the unnecessary travel. All citizens have to avoid unnecessary business or tourism visit to the areas with epidemic outbreak. If really necessary, please follow the epidemic updates, well take personal protection measures and avoid any crowded places to minimize the infection risk during the trip. 

　　三、严格控制聚集性活动。倡导“白事”简办，“红事”缓办。按照“非必要不举办”“能线上不线下”的原则，从严控制各类会议、培训、展览等活动数量和参会人员规模；必须举办的线下活动，按照“谁举办、谁负责”“哪里举办、哪里负责”的要求，严格落实活动现场各项防控措施。图书馆、博物馆、影剧院、网吧、棋牌室、麻将房、桌游室等密闭公共场所，接待人数不得超过核定人数的75％，并按要求做好人员信息登记工作。宗教活动和民间信仰活动场所内参加活动的人数不得超过场所容纳规模的60％。
　　3. Strictly control gathering activities. It is recommended that funerals be simplified and banquets be postponed. Rigorously restrict the number of all sorts of events, including meetings, seminars, and exhibitions, and limit the number of participants in accordance to the principles of “avoiding gathering activities if not necessary” and “avoiding onsite events if online possible”. For those necessary offline events, strictly observe all COVID-19 containment measures in line with the requirement of “responsibility going to who hosts the event and where it takes place”. Public spots such as libraries, museums, theaters, cybercafes, chess & poker rooms, mahjong rooms, and board game rooms should receive visitors less than 75% of its maximum capacity and visitors’ information should be registered as required. Religious activities or worship ceremonies should have visitors not exceeding 60% of the capacity of the venues.

　　四、强化人员聚集场所管理。商场超市、农贸市场、酒店宾馆、餐饮服务、会展、网吧、文体娱乐、景区景点、公共交通、机关企事业单位等公共场所要严格落实防控措施，加强场所通风和消毒管理，全面实行测温、亮码、戴口罩措施。医疗机构、宾馆酒店、交通枢纽、村（社区）、国家机关、事业单位及国有企业等人员聚集场所要规范查验健康码、行程码。 
　　4. Reinforce the management of places with crowds. Public places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, restaurants, exhibition halls, cybercafes, entertainment spots, scenic sites, public vehicles, public service buildings should implement strict epidemic prevention and control measures including frequent ventilation and sterilization, regular temperature taking, health code checking and mask wearing. Medical institutions, hotels, transportation hubs, villages(communities), public service institutions, state-owned companies and other places where people gather should check health code and travel code as required.

　　五、加强疫苗接种。疫苗接种对于预防感染、预防再传播和减少重症患者等方面具有显著的效果。广大市民尤其是老年朋友要进一步提高疫苗接种的意识，尽快就近接种新冠疫苗，加快构筑全民免疫屏障。
　　5. Strengthen and boost vaccination. Vaccination is significantly helpful in preventing infection, preventing re-transmission and reducing severe patients. The general public, especially the elderly, should further raise the awareness of vaccination, and get inoculated at nearby medical institutions as soon as possible to accelerate the construction of a universal immune barrier.

　　六、做好自我监测。如出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力等症状，要全程佩戴口罩，及时到就近的发热门诊进行排查和诊疗，就医过程避免乘坐公共交通工具。
　　6. Practice personal health monitoring accordingly. People with fever, dry cough, diarrhea, excessive fatigue or other unusual symptoms should wear the mask and immediately go to the fever clinic of the nearby hospital. Please do not take the public transport.

　　疫情防控需要你我共同参与，请广大市民树立自己是健康第一责任人的理念，积极主动做好疫情防控，共同守护湖州人民的平安和健康。
　　Facing the epidemic, everyone of us should take the responsibility. We are always the first responsible person for our own health. Please actively take epidemic prevention and control measures and safeguard the security of the Huzhou people with our joint efforts.
