为进一步加深与在湖外国友人的相互了解和彼此友谊，丰富其日常生活，激发其工作热情，营造良好对外开放环境，市外侨办、市友协将组织举办“感受湖州魅力•讲述湖州故事”系列活动之一“老外在湖州”征文活动。

In order to further the friendship with foreigners in Huzhou City, Huzhou Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Huzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries are going to hold the Foreigners in Huzhou article solicitation, which is part of the series activity titled Feeling the Glamour of Huzhou & Telling the Stories of Huzhou.

一、征文对象Participants

在湖工作、生活、学习的外国友人。

Foreigners who work, live or study in Huzhou City.

二、征文主题Theme and Content

以“感受湖州魅力·讲述湖州故事”为主题，围绕湖州历史文化、生态环境、物产资源、民风民俗等经济社会发展的方方面面，谈谈对湖州的感受，讲讲与湖州的故事。

With the theme of Feeling the Glamour of Huzhou & Telling the Stories of Huzhou, participants are encouraged to talk about their feelings and their stories with Huzhou from culture, history, ecological environment, product resources, traditional customs or some other aspects.

三、征文要求Requirements          

语体不限，附上中文译文；

Any kind of languages are accepted and Chinese translation should be attached.

体裁不限，题目自拟，篇幅在1500字以内（中方译文）；

The article can be of any genre and title. The Chinese translation should be limited within 1500 words.

主题鲜明，条理清晰，语言通顺，真实原创；     

The article should be logical, original, and with a clear theme.

稿件须署名，并提供国籍、工作单位和联系方式。

Author’s name, nationality, working place and contact information should be attached with the article.

四、征文时间Time Frame

2017年8月1日至9月30日。

From August 1^st to September 30^th

六、征文评选Awards

本次征文活动设一等奖2名、二等奖5名、三等奖8名、优胜奖若干名。获奖者将由市外侨办、市友协颁发获奖证书和纪念品。

There are 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 8 third prizes and several recognition awards to be set. Prize winners will gain honor certificates and souvenirs awarded by Huzhou Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Huzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
